I haven't heard that camshaft story, but it's interesting if PA474 contains Halifax parts because she is already a bit of a 'mix and match' aircraft. Apparently she has Lincoln tail fins, Lincoln undercarriage, Shackleton Wheels and tyres and wings from a York. I wonder how much Lancaster is left?
