What about Lend-Lease?

It appears that only the Catalina was sold as surplus. Were they all aquired under the terms of Lend-Lease? If so, couldn't the US come after them under the terms of Lend Lease? I think that would trump Oz's hertiage laws... I'm not a lawer, and certianly no fan of the way the US Navy views old aircraft, just curious....
