The answer to that question is Yes if they were Lend-Lease aircraft. I do'nt think the US Navy would get involved.

I know of two warbird collectors who are trying buy both of the aircraft. I'm sure either of these peolpe have the money to fight the Oz hertiage Laws, and prob. would win.
