Unless they've got an agreement up front, trying to but it with US Lawyers? They had better be prepared to lose.
If the a/c are proven to have little or no requirement to stay in Aus, then they may be exported; otherwise forget it. The Aussies aren't going to get rolled by anyone these days.
The Kingfisher should stay in Aus; ideally to the AWM or RAAFM in my opinion and get a proper restoration. The Cat is already well respresented in Aus, and could perhaps be exported. The Vengance? Dunno. Seeing as the RAAF was one of the few air forces that operated it, and the US didn't, I'd guess an export attempt would fail.
