I think there is at least 1 typo in your list of US and Canada projects:

Spitfires:

"MH637" Peter Godfrey Fort Meyers Florida (Tr IX)

This should be "MH367" which was written off on landing following a first solo on type on 27/07/1948; Empire Flying School, RAF Hullavington

this is in quotes because its a Dick Melton/ Charles Church new build (DM008) that is being used as the "host" for MH367's provenance. To be marked as "RAF MH367/YT-C"
