Well, let's see what happens at Oshkosh for the next 15 years when it comes to Grand Champion awards.

There is such a thing as entering in to the spirit of restoration, and that sprit, in most fair people's mind means starting with something meaningful.

This is why most warbird awards are not just based on the aircraft but on supporting documentation.

I'm happy to let the individual decide what he buys, and how 'real' it is.

In the end the market will decide.

That's my final word on the subject - this is old ground, but unfortunately this is getting buried under a heap of bull---t.
