Hmmmmmmmm THAT Hurricane.
All I will say is that either the price reflected it's true state ie; it was just a few rusty old tubes with a dat-plate hanging on for dear life......or the Indians were utterly clueless about how much a warbird is really worth in the west.
Funny how we are all expected to believe everything we are told about certain things without any proof being offered......bit like The Bible really.........

Yes it was Robs's Mustang, 44-72216 Miss Helen.
Very nice colour archive film of the P51's and P47's.
Not so pleased about them showing that bloody old 1939 Duxford Spitfire scramble again though, how many more times are we going to be subjected to that in every Old Aeroplane Programme ?

That gyro-copter was a real data-plate job wasn't it.
Puts most Mustang "restorations" to shame really, but at least we were shown how much of the original machine was thrown away at the start in this case..............

No comment on the last bit.
