In the US at least, I am not aware of a required overhaul interval for an engine accessory, unless covered by an airworthiness directive. They are generally repaired or overhauled based on condition, and frequently at engine overhaul (but again, not necessarily a requirement in the US). How would you track the time in service of a magneto? Only the propeller and airframe have a log book!
