A number of former Israeli AF Skyhawks have been re-imported into the USA by a private company (whose name I don't remember) located at the former Williams AFB, Mesa, AZ (near Phoenix). They are working on contracts with the USAF to provide DACT aircraft, and I would guess that's where the DMI aircraft would fit.
