One of the few civilian A-4s I have seen in Houston (back in 1989) was part of the Jim Reynolds (?) collection. Not sure about the guy's name, but connected to the Daniel companies in Houston. He owned an F-104, F-86, MiG-21, the A-4. I have one or two shots of that A-4, inside a hangar, at Ellington Field. when we flew with the CAF for the 20th anniversary of the landing on the moon.
Anyways, that I believe, is the A-4 at Hobby. I understand that the other A-4, the one owned by the doctor, is somewhere in the Dallas area; a DPS trooper e-mailed me a few years back asking what kind of airplane it was. Probably in Sherman or somewhere North of Dallas.
