DMI Aviation A-4s

I was looking through the inventory list of DMI aviation in Tucson and noticed quite a few A-4 Skyhawks that have been registered with the FAA. They are all listed as MCDONL DGLS ATL-A4-# (# being the model type) built by Aviation Technologies Ltd. Obviously they have in some sense been rebuilt or at least acquired by ATL at some point. Has anybody heard of this company and are they rebuilding Skyhawks? There seems to be a lot of them.
