Why oh why would you use a Warbird for such a mission? Granted, it's fast. Granted, it's nimble. But it's not easy to fly and sometimes you have to put lots of work into them to make them fly!

On a one-way WMD mission, civilian aircrafts are the best. Relatively cheap, somewhat incognito, fast (Piper Aerostar, Bonanza, Mooney, Cessna 210, and all the turbine and jet stuff). You get good payload, good range and they are easy to fly. A Warbird is not. A SeaFury is hard to fly. Harder than a Spit or a Hurrie.

Sure, you can use a Warbird to do damage, but why use that when any business aircraft will do the jobs 5 times better?
