I would also think it's a Lockheed Neptune, the early version with flat cockpit roof.
Why?
It can't be a flying boat, because the wings are mid-fuselage mounted whereas most flying boats are shoulder winged. It's not a Halifax (unfortunately) because the windows behind the cockpit shouldn't be there and the top windows over the flight engineers position are missing. It is too long and sleder to be a Hudson.
