Labrador B-17

Heard an interesting report on that B-17 up in Labrador on the radio today. A resident of Georgia wants to recover the aircraft, and restore it. The residents in the area are all for the idea, but of course the Canadian Government
is not as the site is has a historic designation.

I know this has been discussed several times on the forum, but it's good to know negotiations are still taking placeand that the general public are being informed of the situation, and that some progress maybe made soon.

Anymore details out there regarding this ongoing recovery?
