Dead in it's tracks as far as I know....

The Labrador government nixed its recovery, as it is supposed to be some sort of heritage site.... stuck at the bottom of a river very few people will see. So So short sighted. You'd think they would at least raise it, restore it and stick it in a local museum so a few people might actually get to appreciate it!!!
