Newly completed Zero restoration in Japan (airworthy?)

I just found the link below on a popular modeling forum. It talks about a newly completed Zero restoration in Japan this summer. Is this the airworthy project listed on Mikael's site? It looks to be complete. What go me thinking was that it was completed from salvaged airframes. With all of the recent criticism of questionable persons (some from Australia) recovering Pacific wrecks, I wonder how much legitimate effort is being made by native Japanese collectors and restorers to salvage anything left in the Pacific theater? We don't hear alot about restorations in Japan (other than a possible P-51) and it's interesting when we do.
