Hi Jim,
My guess is that this is the AM6M-3 that Mr. Hiarko has been restoring for the past 10 years and yes it was going to fly. He has the larges collection of Japaness aircraft in private hands. He has a two other Zeros and parts for a Betty.
As for Pacific items look for something I plan on posting in the next couple of Days.
