Hi all,
If you have read FlyPast recently then you could have seen that a former guatemalan Mustang has been restored to airworthyness in the USA. The article also noted that the owner of this beauty (name escapes me at the moment) has another Mustang painted as the famous LouIV. I remember seeing a photograph of this aircraft some years ago also in FlyPast after the aircraft had been rebuilt after a crash. The topcolours were bright blue.
There has been some controversy concering these colours when looking at the famous colourphoto showing the original LouIV. Was is blue or not?
When you look at the following website you can read how this problem was discussed. Interesting reading I might add, wonder what Paul C's opinion is like.
