I just got the new Group history of the 361st FG published by Schiffer and written by Paul Cora. It has a number of other color photos from that same photo sortie with Lou IV.
No doubt in my mind its OD camo. Never has been. I hate those restored birds with the blue camo. Well, hate might be a bit strong, but I don't like the look
