These sound like the bits that were up for sale on Ebay a couple of days ago, they were being sold seperatly, the radiator is gone, it had a large hole in the center and was salt water damaged to a point where nothing was usable.
The prop was also mentioned up for sale on Ebay but I never tracked it down.
