It was certainly still located at Chino last year (2000) at the west end of the main ramp, and is normally open to the public as far as I know, I certainly had a good look round!

The collections is moving to Greenfield at some point, presumably when they get the buildings up...

Well worth a visit when you've finished drooling at Planes of Fame! They don't seem to have a website...
