Hello Cees....Three words, GO FOR IT! You appear to be a fountain of knowledge on the Halifax. Lets go for a water baby, raised from a lake, with a full history. My question on the engines would be, what mark or series Herc engine is used? Is a later series engine similar to the Beaufighter, or an earlier series that seems to have a few survivors with props to match..... although the thought of a Merlin engined Hali also is tempting..... If the CAA does not let it fly, bring here to the US...We can certainly flog the bird around! Fly safe, fly often. Alan Brooks
