Thanks Bryan, for the I.D. confirmation.

I was over visiting Mike Rawson this past Sunday, drooling on the Helldivers, and we got talking about Dr. Christgau, and Tom Wright, and the whole F9F deal. Mike said that Dr. Christgau actually owned two F9F's, but he was relieved of one courtesy of the U.S. Navy, something about no bill of sale, no legal ownership, blah, blah, blah. And I may have this mixed up, but I think Mike told me that the Panther sitting at the farm on I-90 came from a tech school some where, and the one that the Navy took back came from a city park in Le Sueur, MN. Anybody ever see that one, or take pictures before it disappeared?

Anyway, good to hear that he has the rest of the parts for it.

P.S. Mike is making great progress on the Helldiver for the USAF museum! Man that thing is a BEAST!
