a rare visitor to London Ontario....

Around 5 20 pm tonight the Lancaster came into London to clear CUstoms! What a beautiful sight she was even though the landing was a bit didgy! I do wish the pilots would realise what this aircraft represents and treat it with a bit more care. High power runups and taxi do nothing but cause extra wear on the engines. They left about an hour and a half or so later and did a very nice low pass down the runway before heading home!
