East Kirkby also hold a pair of Wellington wings and nacelles, but I'm not sure whether they're from the Braemar aircraft. I seem to recall they're from somewhere up in the Pennines...? Anyway, they're in the side annex to the Hampden workshop.
The wings are pretty well preserved, and at the back of the shed theres a whole nacelle from the same aircraft, together with the remains of a Hercules engine from a Halifax. I see Hercs up close on a fairly regular basis, and they're pretty solid bits of kit. Takes a lot to bend them. Seeing the state of that one at East Kirkby, well it makes you think... :(
