With all the talk of Global Warming I think its funny nobody has picked up on the fact that the Lost Squadron was visable on top of the ice from 1942 to 1960, then from 1960 till 1989, I think the ice grew 200 feet. From 1989 till 1992 it grew another 60 feet. Glacier Girl was 260 feet below the surface when it was recovered. Global Warming? I wounder what is NORMAL ice growth or loss, I don't think the so called experts know that either.
