Aircraft Spruce and Specialties could make one up, unless they are made from some strange (to the US) Whitworth or metric size. Unless they have swaged on fittings, you could obtain a new piece of hose and do it yourself with the appropriate mandrel (which Aircraft Spruce also sells).
There is a place near Long Beach Airport for instance that makes FAA approved hose assemblies. They can make all the FAA certified hoses (high temperature hose assemblies with fire shielding, etc.).
Most FBO's should be able to direct you to a local company that assembles hoses.
If this is some oddball Rolls Royce spec part, you may have a little more trouble.
: Does anyone know who makes new oil hose assemblies for the
: nose case / propeller oiling on a -266 Merlin?
