How about a board of directors or something similar.....

The case Tony just mentioned that his job is getting between things for a while is a good example. If more people are available to delegate matters then the organisation isn't as vulnerable if only one central figure was in charge.

If RAFM is interested what are the possiblities that they can help with Whirlwind parts they may have in store etc.
