I had to look it up in the dictionary to find out the meaning of the word provenance (things you learn every day from this forum), but as you say if you can buy it would that set a new trend?
For instance:
For sale: crashsite where Guy Gibson's Mosquito crashed..
What would you buy, a lot of soil contaminated with petrol and hydraulic fluid if you are lucky, a piece of land somewhere, or am I seeing things that are not there?
