I remember seeing some Whirlwind parts at the Tangmere museum back in about 1988. The only piece I remember clearly was a 20mm canon, which seemed surprisingly straight, considering that it had been in a crash. Does anyone know where Andy Saunders and his bunch got these parts? Speaking of Andy, what was the result of those police inquiries concerning him and a recovery operation I remember reading about in Flypast and this forum last year?
Cheers,
Richard
