I heard that Air New Zealand were in the process of making new timing gears for the 109's being restored by Mr. Prewett in Aus a little while ago. I don't know where Nixon gets the spares for the rebuilds that he does, I assume he just makes do with what's available and makes new parts if no genuine replacement part exists.
