I'd guess that the answer is no - the P51 is one of the most desirable aircraft on the warbird market, and so the prices are accordingly high. A lot of people have never even heard of the A36, and I suspect it's seen as an interesting aircraft, rather than a downright sexy one!
For the same reason I'd say Mustang parts will be more expensive than Apache parts - there's a lot more demand for them.
THAT is why the P51 would sell for more than the A36, and is probably why one of 3 extant Apaches is being rebuilt to join the ranks of the 6 P51B/C.
