Scott,
The 'Zeros', 'Kates', and 'Vals' were supplied by the CAF
( from their Tora Tora Tora group ).

In respect to the P-38s. These appeared in the episode
"Hot Shot", which guest starred actors Frank Converse, as Major Cannon & Richard Stanley as Lt. Bishop.

The credits on that particular episode again make reference to the CAF, so they may have indeed have also supplied the P-38s. I will endeavour to check on this for you, if you can leave it with me, unless someone else can clarify it in the meantime.

Corsair pilots who participated in the filming included Steve Hinton, Tom Friedkin, John Schafhausen, Tom Mooney, Glenn Riley and Frank Tallman.

Other pilots in the series ( flying various types ) were Ted Janczerick, Bill Yoak, Mack Sterling, Fred Elsberry, Clay Lacy and Art Scholl.
I think that Robert Schneider also participated.

Regards
Tracey
