Not only is the price wildly beyond market values, but the 6-12 month estimated restoration time is wildly below workshop experience - not just for a flyer, but also for a professional static restoration. We can all think of examples of unique aircraft and the challenges of sourcing type-specific parts, documentation and the likes. Four to six years would be more like it, regardless of how much money is poured into the project.
