Heinkel He111

I think I have posted this before but it did not bring back much of a response.
A few months ago Aeroplane published a story about the discovery of a complete German built He111 in Spain. Was this a real story or just a rumour. Has anyone seen this thing or even confirmed its existence ? In order to get in to print there must have been something there surely.
On the subject of HE 111's, is the intention to restore the Duxford CASA 2.111 into German or Spanish configuration. I must apologise to any Spaniards in the audience but I think that the deep Merlin Air scoops look very ugly on the CASA's and the Hispano's.
