For what its worth, at Chino Airport, the Yanks Air Museum is finalizing thier P-39 restoration, and Planes of Fame restoration team is deep in the midst of restoring a P-39 for The Fighter Collection. Not sure of any other ongoing P-39 restorations, but these two are going on within 300 yards of each other :)
