MAPS has parts of two P-39s. One is Snooks the 2nd. I can confirm this because the fuselage still carries the painted on data tag. The other plane is unknown. Both are ex-PNG and are really a mess so I wouldn't expect to see them fly anytime soon.

Wish someone would undertake a P-39 restoration...it is almost the lost warbird.
