So is there a P40D or not ?

I saw a very brief mention in WW about a P40D in storage at the defunct Pacific Aircraft Ltd in NZ a few years back.
I'd always thought it was just a slip of the typing finger but hoped none-the-less that it was actually true.

If it does exist, which one of the 42 P40D's is it ?

AAF serial numbers 40-359, 40-361 - 381.
RAF Kittyhawk Mk I serial numbers AK571 - AK590.
