I think that at least some of the scrap from there went to a very local aircraft parts dealer (Scottish Aircraft Industries ??) at Milnathort. I'll try to find my copies of very early W & R at the weekend: even if it wasn't there, I know I've seen pics of the last wrecks at the airfield.
