Roger,
My definition, and this is purely my own, for warbirds is any aircraft that saw military service but is not currently in active military service. Basically any military aircraft not in active service. This includes those B-52's, C-130's, etc... and any other aircraft retired from active service.

: Trainers are also categorized as warbirds, and some peopl
: e like to call them warbugs. Just my opinion......Roger
