Troy first of if you go to the RAF Hendon Museum sight and send them an email you can request a copy of the Form 78 which is the official log of the aircraft's service life. This you could then I guess post up among your decor. In the meantime according to Morgan and Shacklady's book W3761 was taken on by 37 Maintenance Unit August 15 1941 given to 315Sqn Aug 31 it then went to 71Sqn in April 29 1942 where it FTR ops Aug 9 1942 (I believe the FTR means failed to return) That's the best I can help you with.
