Scott,

I have to agree with Doug, keep it simple. The avatars are cute but don't really serve any purpose. I like to be able to see who and how many are responding without lots of clicking. Mustangs and several of the racing sites have gone to the newer software and it appears that use has dropped off. There are lots of good message boards out there and I like to take a quick run at them but it is becoming alot of extra work to cover them all.
