Hi Graham,
What if the new owner is not from Austrilia. Can'nt they apply for and exemp.
I know of a race car that is now on display at the Indi. 500 museum that came from Darby. That was part of this rule and the Indi guys bought and export it to the States.
Not trying to start anything just wondering.
