Hi All,
I was looking at TIGHAR websit and as usual they have alot of mis-leading info. One of the things they state is that their are no combat history aircraft flying.
Now I know that its a false satement. How many combat aircraft are their. Please do'nt list and Trainers. heres what I can think of off the top head.
POF P-40 Confirm Ballon Kill
P-40C Ex Russian
Also I can think of three P-51
YAC F6F
Two B-25s
Feel free to add to this list, My idea is to get a list together and send it to TIGHAR. Oh by the way they also think those who restore aircraft are not restoring them but just rebuilding them.
Cheers Rob
PS: Yes I do'nt like TIGHAR
