Helping a person in S. Ontario with finding any archived material on the aircraft and the crash that took the life of her father. He died in a crash while flying Mitchell FW125. Just after take-off the a/c had engine trouble and crashed on Dec. 18, 1943, approx. 2 miles from the runway at Reykjavik, Iceland.
Trying to find out first if this aircraft was an RCAF or RAF lendlease machine. Anyone help - Griffin's RCAF serials?
Many thanks,
Lee
