as most ex-service men would agree you are trying to do something that the goverments of our respective countries should be doing themselves.
if the aircraft you are intrested in has on record the possible remains of its pilot then you will have to work together with both the canadian authorities and the RAF air historical branch.
your first stage is to engage the support and legal assistance of the RCAF to ensure nobody else touchs this war grave,this can be a very long and drawn affair but it will be worthwhile in the long run.
