Sorry, a wreck with remains I class as a war grave and the airframe as a coffin if the relatives do not want it moved.

as for removal of all those airframes without bodies, I agree they need to be saved but not illegally unless the person involved is willing to remit the aircraft in their will to be returned to the people from which it was stolen.
they want them fine but only for the person's lifetime.
