That's exactly what I meant Christer !

How did I know that I could rely on you to answer such an odd question, thanks very much indeed !

Now, would there be any way to stop a dart rolling indefinitely, and would it help if the engine was a pusher at the back with a contra-prop ?
Would small canards at the front be a wise addition ?

The main wheels would be on the wing tips, non-retractable, but very small and light weight in fairings.
Probably a small non-retractable nose-wheel as well, so it sits on the ground nose-down, and you lift it up to take off.
I believe there is already a home-build type aircraft with a similar configuration, so it might work with my dart ?

Not sure where the pilot would go yet, but maybe the same position as in the Bugatti, or else built into the bottom of the vertical fin ?

As you can see, I don't know too much about building aeroplanes, but I've always wondered whether something like I've outlined could actually fly safely, whether as a general aviation type or even a very high powered racer ?
