Who can identify this Westland Lysander?

Much to my surprise the December 2003 issue of "Pilot" advertises a Westland Lysander located (the surprise:) in Germany for ? 170,000. It is described as being not airworthy but almost complete, built in 1942, and a photograph shows an overall sand coloured aircaft in RAF markins with the serial N7791. Does anyone know its history, how it got there, where it is and who the owners are?
