Wing Issues

Anyone care to speculate on the wing issue? From the report it sounds as if they had taken the proper AD measures by replacing the main spar with Beech Baron units. I would deduce that if this was the requirement of the FAA directive, then the Baron spar should be rated for higher stresses than the stock T-34 spar. Whatever the case, the problem is apparently not going away.
